Soft and tasty artichoke patè, made in a traditional way. From artichokes cultivated in our territory, this product has a delicate flavor, typical of the Sicilian tradition. After opening the jar, add a little EVO oil and keep in a cool, dry place.
Use: as condiment for pasta, on toasted bread or savory pies or as filling for lasagna; excellent with bresaola, ham, salami
