Extra Virgin Olive Oil PGI Sicilia
The PGI Sicilia is an oil made not only with olives harvested in Sicily, but above all processed, bottled and packaged there. Feudotto PGI Sicilia is a Blend of Nocellara del Belice, Cerasuola and Biancolilla. The most percentage of Cerasuola give this oil a strong, full body taste. Medium pepper and medium bitter, it is ideal for dishes typical of Mediterranean cuisine.

Curiosities: Acidity indicates the presence of free fatty acids in olive oil. If the acidity is lower that 0.8 %, the oil counts as an Extra Virgin olive Oil. Acidity indicates the oil quality.
Olive Oil Storage: to maintain intact as long as possible the organoleptic properties of an Extra Virgin Olive Oil the best storage temperature is between 15 and 20 degrees away from light, heat and oxygen. Store olive oil in a dark-colored glass bottles or in a stainless steel container, away from detergents. If you buy your olive oil in cans, consider pouring smaller amounts in a dark-colored bottle to use as you need it.
